First Chapel of the Semester
Pacific Rim Christian University's Spring Semester Kicks Off with an Inspiring Chapel Service last Thursday!
The Pacific Rim Christian University community gathered for its first chapel service of the spring semester! The event marked a powerful kickoff to the new academic term, uniting students, faculty, and staff for worship, reflection, and spiritual growth.
Continuing a beloved tradition at Pacific Rim, the chapel service was hosted by students, offering them a safe space to share their experiences and serve in a church-like environment. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as returning students and newcomers filled the chapel, eager to start the semester by focusing on their faith.
Special Guest Speaker
The highlight of the service was the presence of our esteemed guest speaker, Kahu Kīha Pimental, a Pacific Rim Christian University graduate and now the Supervisor for Foursquare Missions International. Kahu Kīha brought a wealth of experience and spiritual insight to the podium, inspiring the audience with his message of faith, service, and global mission.
Community and Fellowship
After the service, attendees were invited to share a communal lunch, which fostered a sense of fellowship and allowed students to connect with faculty members in a relaxed setting.
As we embark on this new semester, the first chapel service has established a tone of spiritual vitality and community engagement that will define the months to come. Students are encouraged to attend these weekly gatherings, which promise to be powerful times of worship, preaching, and community building throughout the spring semester.
